Bread: Our house-made garlic knots afresh out of the oven.

Olives: A taste of the old country. Our olive selection of Kalamata and colossal Greek are hand picked. You’ll find the delectable assortment enhances many of our dishes.

Olive Oil: The first press of the olives provides the best extra virgin oil. Derived from selected olive grown in the sun of the Mediterranean, lightly flavored with a delicate fragrance. Olive oil contains no cholesterol.

Cheese: We use only the finest imported gorgonzola, Parmesan and romano cheese. The Reggiano-Parmesan is aged for texture and flavor. Cheeses are used in concert with dishes to enhance the offerings, not to appropriate the product.

Pasta: Our House-made angel hair, spaghetti and linguine are a product of the finest flours available.

Sauces: Marinara, Marsala, piccata and saltimbocca sauces are all made in-house alonng with our special sauces of the day.

Veal: We use prime grade midwestern veal top sirloin.

Shellfish: Shrimp, clams and mussels are farm raised to insure full flavor.

Pizzette: Fresh dough grilled to order with the finest toppings available. Margherita pepperoni, grande cheeses and our house-made pizza sauce.
